PROPER Return and Refund Policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase. This policy applies to footwear, bags, and apparel, including made-to-order items that meet these conditions.

Free return shipping

PROPER covers return shipping for approved returns on orders delivered within the United States. To start a return, email rahdolla21@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide a prepaid return label and return instructions. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can arrange your return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs if available so we can help resolve it. PROPER covers return shipping for these issues. The unused-item conditions do not limit your rights concerning defective goods.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns; for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, applicable shipping charges will also be refunded. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at rahdolla21@gmail.com.

Exchanges and cancellations

For a different size or item, contact us to arrange an eligible return and place a new order for the replacement. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether it can be stopped before shipment; if it cannot, you may use the return process after delivery.
